CC Escapada receives in Sagunt the prize 'Promoting the visibility of women's sports' for Setmana Ciclista Valenciana - Vuelta Comunidad Valenciana Féminas

The Sports delegation of the Sagunt City Council held, on Thursday, February 28, the Gala de l'Esport 2019. The Cultural Center Mario Monreal hosted this sporting event in which the best athletes in the municipality were awarded. In the course of the gala was awarded the prize 'Promoting the Visibility of Women's Sport', which fell to the Setmana Ciclista Valenciana - Vuelta Comunidad Valenciana Féminas "in recognition of their work and effort in the promotion of high level sport organizing the the most important female elite cycling race on the national scene".

Sagunt was, last Sunday, the goal of the fourth and final stage of the 2019 edition. Representing the Club Ciclista Escapada, organizer of the Setmana Ciclista Valenciana - Vuelta Comunidad Valenciana Féminas, attended the event Rubén Donet and Patricia Solera, who was the responsible for collecting the prize.
